Team Rawnice is a fundraising platform for sports teams. Think classic bake-sale fundraising, but with healthy snacks, zero hassle and 35% going straight to the team. Nadan designed and developed the entire platform: public seller pages and checkout for customers, plus one unified app for clubs, teams and sellers with orders, real-time KPIs and leaderboards. Built on Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase.
The fun part? The seller app is gamified like a 16-bit pixel RPG. Sellers get their own pixel avatars, earn XP for every sale, level up, unlock achievements and climb the monthly leaderboard, complete with team chat and level-up chimes. Selling for your team should feel like playing a game, not doing admin.
The platform was also built AI-first, with 100% AI agents in the development workflow. The agents handle the repetitive grunt work, freeing up focus for what actually matters: architecture, flows, integrations, design, user interface and testing. But perhaps most importantly: the project is proof that it still takes a human soul at the helm — someone who sees the whole picture and can lead a project this complex holistically, from vision down to the last pixel. And the results are real. The first two pilot teams generated over 70,000 SEK in sales with 25,000+ SEK paid out to team treasuries, and from autumn 2026 every youth team in Tyresö Handboll will be fundraising through Team Rawnice.
